Kate Elizabeth Nordland and Eric Conover Leipold exchanged wedding vows on Nov. 15, 2008, at Summerville Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Dottie Yoder performed the ceremony. Music was provided by the Scott Woods Memorial Bell Choir.

The bride is the daughter of Lorrie and Bruce Carlson of Jamestown, and Boyd and Carol Nordland of Cape Coral, Fla. Her husband is the son of Paul and Betsy Leipold of Rochester, N.Y.

Peter Nordland, brother of the bride, was the man of honor.

Best woman was Susan Baker, sister of the groom.

The bride earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she is employed as an instructor. Her husband earned a Bachelor of Science from Clarkson University. He is employed at High Falls Brewery in Rochester, N.Y., as a process engineer.

They honeymooned at Bequia in The Grenadines.

Rhonda Carlson and Matthew Prusak exchanged wedding vows on July 19, 2008, at Christ First United Methodist Church in Jamestown. The Rev. Douglas Knopp performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Joshua Stafford, organist.

The bride is the daughter of John and Karie Carlson of Jamestown, and the granddaughter of Lauritz and Joan Nelson of Jamestown. Her fiance is the son of Carl and Patricia Prusak of North Olmsted, Ohio.

The bride wore a strapless, ivory lace modified mermaid-style gown with a chapel length train. The couture gown was designed by Rina di Montella.

Kendra Carlson, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Olivia Carlson, sister of the bride, Heather McMinn, Nicole Jacobson and Deborah Prusak, sister of the groom. Flower girl was Samantha Prusak, niece of the groom.

Best man was Mark Prusak, brother of the groom. Ushers were Michael Buher, Eric Tessman, Brian Routhouska and James Carey. Ring bearer was Ryan Prusak, nephew of the groom.

Master and mistresses of ceremonies were Bob and Barb Carlson, aunt and uncle of the bride, and Jennifer Prusak, sister-in-law of the groom.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Jamestown High School, a 2000 graduate of Elmira College and earned her master’s degree in communication disorders from Penn State in 2002. She is employed as a speech pathology supervisor in Westlake, Ohio. Her husband is a 1995 graduate of North Olmsted High School and a 1999 graduate of Elmira College. He is employed as a retail channel marketing manager.

They honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico.

They are living in North Olmsted, Ohio.

Jennifer Leigh Peterson and Stephen Erik Eckwahl exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 23, 2008, in Zion Covenant Church. The Rev. Eldon Johnson performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Brian Bogey, organist.

The bride is the daughter of Todd Peterson of Jamestown and Nancy Peterson of Bemus Point. She is also the granddaughter of William and Diane Warner of Bemus Point and the late Duane and Gwendolyn Peterson. Her husband is the son of Terry and Suzanne Eckwahl of Lakewood. He is also the grandson of Joy Eckwahl of Jamestown, the late Roland Eckwahl and Margaret Laskaris of Jamestown, and the late Gust Laskaris.

The bride wore a white strapless organza A-line gown with a beaded bodice and chapel train.

Michelle Seiler was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Beth Grobaski, Kathryn Leach, Lori Barringer and Courtney Kroon. Junior bridesmaid was Kristina Gutknecht.

Best men were Eric Ritz and Kevin Werely. Groomsmen were Robert Power, Anthony Bonacci, Patrick Sullivan, Dale Scolton and Jason Dussing. Ring bearer was Kristian Gutknecht.

Master and mistress of ceremonies were James and Marsha Bonfiglio, uncle and aunt of the groom.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2002 graduate of Canisius College with a Bachelor of Science. She is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an account specialist for Geico Insurance. Her husband is a 1994 graduate of Southwestern Central School and a 2000 graduate of the State University at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science in business finance. He is employed by Citigroup as a financial analyst.

They honeymooned in California.

Machelle Alison Harris and Brian Joseph Russo exchanged wedding vows on July 5, 2008, at St. Peter and Paul Church. The Rev. Dennis Mende performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Donna Gatz, organist.

The bride is the daughter of Brian and Jacqueline Harris of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Charles and Mary Fleming of Jamestown, N.Y. Her husband is the son of John and Nancy Russo of Geneva, N.Y.

The bride wore a platinum white strapless, mermaid silhouette dress designed by Reem Acra of New York City.

Natalie DeAngelo was maid of honor. Alison Evangelista was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Jo Caldwell, Mary Kate Richardson, Vanessa Truskey, Kerstin Wyman, Leslie Charles, Joanna Banes and Tammy Russo. Junior bridesmaids were Chelsea Jackson and Brittany Jackson. Flower girl was Anna Raynor.

Best man was John Russo. Groomsmen were Brian Harris, Michael Broomfield, Ryan Toner, Robert Toner, Daniel Velte, Matthew Fratto and John Evangelista.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Jamestown High School, earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University at Brockport, and her master’s degree from Cambridge College. She is employed as a school guidance counselor at Ashland High School, Ashland, Mass. Her husband is a 1997 graduate of Geneva High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. He is employed as a chief estimator at Elaine Construction Company, Newton, Mass.

Kelly Wilson and Jeff Harper exchanged wedding vows on Oct. 25, 2008, at Anna Maria Island, Fla. The Rev. Charlie Shook performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Jetta Wilson of West Ellicott and the late Kathy Wilson. Her husband is the son of Cheryl and Ivan Harper of Gahanna, Ohio.

Sandy Wilson, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.

Best man was Jerad Harper, brother of the groom. Ring bearers were Harrison Latona, nephew of the bride, and Ryan and Justin Harper, nephews of the groom.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 1997 graduate of University of Delaware, Newark, Del. She is employed as a figure skating coach. Her husband is a 1992 graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School and a 1996 graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He is employed as a principal consultant for The Harper Group.

They honeymooned in the British West Indies.

Jami Lynn Marucci and Michael Edward Koresko exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 9, 2008, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Falconer, N.Y. The Rev. Timothy Hoyer performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Brian Bogey.

The bride is the daughter of Leonard and Susan Marucci of Bellefonte, Pa., and Kenneth and Peggy Harris of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Paula Knapp of Jamestown, N.Y., Genevieve Juul of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late James Cappalino. Her husband is the son of Mike and Sue Koresko of Jamestown, N.Y., and the grandson of Anne Paterson of Jamestown, N.Y.

The bride wore a strapless satin A-line gown with a side-draped bodice and asymmetric skirt in white with a cathedral train. Around the waist was an apple colored sash with decorative beading at the ends.

Ann Marie Genco was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Harris, sister of the bride, Lauren Marucci, sister of the bride, and Michelle Koresko, sister of the groom. Flower girls were Madison and Haylee Marucci, sisters of the bride.

Best man was Nick Simon. Ushers were Chris Weaver, Mike Koresko, father of the groom, and Lenny Marucci, brother of the bride. Ring bearers were Eian Cooley, nephew of the bride, and Colton Cappalino, cousin of the bride.

Mistress of ceremonies was Tammy Widmark.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2007 graduate of Jamestown Business College. She is employed by Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Inc. in Jamestown as a project analyst. Her husband is a 1999 graduate of Jamestown High School. He is employed by Lutheran Social Services in Falconer as a child care counselor.

They honeymooned in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Laura Gladden and Michael Castiglione ‘98 exchanged wedding vows on July 12, 2008, in Gloucester, Mass. The Rev. Dayle Keefer performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Sandra Gladden of Vernon, Conn. Her husband is the son of Michael and Cindy Castiglione of Jamestown, N.Y., and the grandson of Art Barnes and Samuel and Germina Castiglione of Jamestown, N.Y.

The bride wore a strapless gown with an asymmetrical waist, beading, a pin-tucked bodice and chapel length train.

Melinda Morrell was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Corrie Anderson, Gina Castiglione, sister of the groom, Laura Crowell, Laura Lana, Alisa Libonn and Kate O’Connor. Flower girl was Amelia Wilson.

The bride received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Gordon College, Wenham, Mass., and an M.A./C.A.G.S in school psychology from Tufts University, Boston, Mass. She is employed as a school psychologist for the Catawba County Schools in Hickory, N.C. Her husband received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and Christian thought from Grove City College, Grove City, Pa., and a Master of Arts in marriage and family counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Mass. He is employed as a sales associate and project manager for Automated System Design in Hickory, N.C.

They honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico.

Maria Mastrocicco and Christopher Neid exchanged wedding vows in a beach wedding in Jacksonville, Fla., on Sept. 27, 2008.

The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Bonnie Mastrocicco of Lackawanna, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Debra and Michael Soderberg of Jamestown, N.Y., and John and Linda Neid of Gerry, N.Y.

The bride wore a strapless ivory gown with champaign colored inter twining ribbons.

Rebecca Mastrocicco and Antoinette DeMarco were maids of honor. Flower girl was Lydia Mastrocicco, niece of the bride.

The bride is a graduate of Mt. Mercy Academy, Buffalo, N.Y. She is employed as a billing coordinator for Primary Physician Care in Charlotte, N.C. Her husband is a graduate of Jamestown High School and the State University at Fredonia. He is employed as a foreclosure liason for Wells Fargo Home Mortage, Charlotte, N.C.

Carrie Ellsworth Hedin and Vijay Bryan Thangamani exchanged wedding vows on June 21, 2008, at First Presbyterian Church in Jamestown. The Rev. Thomas A. Sweet and the Rev. Dennis W. Mende performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Cindy Lind Hanson, organist, Cyndi Lorenc, vocalist, and Carrie Pawelski, trombonist. Readings were given by Kristel Ramirez and Stephany Spahr.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hedin of Jamestown and the granddaughter of Mary Hedin of Lakewood and the late Nels Hedin, George Kessler and June Kessler Morse. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Brian Thangamani of Ionia, Mich.

Dr. Kirsten Schwarz was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Johanna Heppeler, Elizabeth Marsh, Jamie McAllister, Kelly Starman and Diane Thangamani, sister of the bridegroom.

Best man was Benjamin Kutylo. Groomsmen were Dr. Jaret Butler, Dr. Gregory Fenton, Dr. Daniel Irving, Adam Penkhus and Eric Hedin, brother of the bride.

Masters and mistresses of ceremony were Dr. and Mrs. Gregory DeCinque and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Heppeler.

The bride wore a candlelight ivory satin and organza gown with a molded dropped torse bodice which fell into a slim A-line skirt with a chapel train. Accenting the waist was an asymmetrical organza sash with covered buttons lining the back of the dress.

The bride is a graduate of Jamestown High School, the University of Notre Dame, the University of Michigan Dental School and completed a residency in Orthodontics at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. She is practicing in the Chicago area. The groom graduated from Ionia High School, the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan Medical School. He is completing a fifth year of residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago.
